All fires are out in New South Wales, Australia!

The horrifying fires that filled the news headlines over past few months led to many people donating to help Australians battle the unprecedented outbreak.

The horror bushfire season saw a total of 33 people killed – 25 of them in NSW with fires burning for an astonishing 240 days.

However after recent wet weather NSW has finally seen an end to wildfires for the first time since July 2019.

The NSW RFS took to their social media on Monday to announce incredible news which will hopefully mean some of the fire fighters are able to get a well earned break.
