Brexit Secretary, Steve Barclay has signed the formal order repealing the ”1972 European Communities Act” which will end Britains membership of the EU on October 31.
The ”commencement order” will trigger the end of the supremacy of EU law in the UK on halloween, in a landmark moment for the government and Brexiteers, as we ”take back control” of our laws from Brussels, as we exit the European Union in 74 days.
