Britain to sizzle in 10 day 30c+ heatwave!

The mercury pushed to its highest level all year yesterday and made it three consecutive years that the once unusual 35c+ temperature has been reached.

For those who enjoyed that hot but short blast of heat do not need to wait long before planning more fun in the sun, And this time it’s set to stay around a while longer.

From Thursday and for the following 7 days at least one area out of the South East, East Anglia, Central Southern England and parts of the Midlands will hit 30c daily with a high likelihood of one or two days passing the 35c mark once again.

Beyond this temperatures are expected to fall back slightly to the mid to high twenties with an increased risk of thunderstorms as low pressure tries to move in.
