HEATWAVE expected to bring temperatures into the 30’s

Rain, rain and more rain.

Throw in some wind and that’s pretty much been the situation for many over the last few weeks.

That trend is set to continue for the immediate future with further poor spells of weather over this coming weekend.

Its when we get beyond that and towards the middle of next week that the situation improves.

Current model outputs are showing high pressure building in and becoming the dominant feature of our weather.

This looks likely to bring some fine hot summer days with plenty of sunshine.

At this timeframe the exact details are still uncertain but taking a snapshot from this predictions this morning would suggest high pressure building over the UK from the southwest and moving and building in a North Eastward direction, As this high pressure centre is anchored just to our East a hot Southerly plume is brought up from Spain resulting in some very high temperatures!
