The Met-office has issued a yellow weather warning for England as Thunderstorms are forecast to hit parts of the country on Sunday.
Storms have already started moving across Southern England and the Midlands and are expected to move into Northern England during the afternoon and into the evening.
These showers are expected to become more intense around midday as humidity rises.
Intense frequent lightning is expected with torrential rain and large hail which is likely to result in “flash flooding and possible disruption to travel”.
