People around the country are taking advantage of the hot weather despite calls to maintain social distancing measures.
Photographs at both Brighton and Bournemouth show huge crowds of people sunbathing and swimming.
It comes after Boris Johnson relaxed the coronavirus lockdown to say people were now allowed to sunbathe and to go out for as much exercise as they liked.
However, the new rules still say that people cannot meet more than one person from outside of their household at once, and if they do they must stay more than two metres away.
Today is officially the hottest day of the year so far, with 27.8 Celsius recorded at Heathrow.
