
A US-UK Trade deal could Immediately happen after Brexit following key discussions held on Tuesday, it has emerged.
A temporary trade agreement coming into effect on November 1st. A Washington official claimed Chancellor Sajid Javid and US President Donald Trump’s national security adviser John Bolton discussed the possibility of a temporary trade agreement covering all sectors and lasting around six months.
The official said Mr Bolton and Trade Secretary Liz Truss had discussed the two countries leaders signing an agreement toward a trade deal at the G7 Summit later this month in France.
He added he would “enthusiastically” support a no deal Brexit and promised the UK would be “first in line” for a trade deal once it departed from Brussels on October 31st.
